A friend bought this Tatung steam cooker and sent from Taiwan to Thailand.
When I tried it,the knob for cooking didn't work.The magnetic inside has no power and can't touch with the iron pads inside.It is n't work and I don't know how to claim the pot for new one.I have the guarantee card but to send the pot back to company cost too much.It seem doesn't worthy toclaim for new one.Can the company help??
