Credit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Debit Visa and MasterCards, and Goverment Purchase Cards.

Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.  If your ship-to address does not match your bill-to, or is not on file with your credit card company, you should contact your credit card company to add your ship-to address on file.

If your credit card has a foreign billing address, we suggest you to use Paypal to check out at Shopping Cart page

Be sure to include a daytime phone number and email address (if you have one) so that we, along with the shipping company, can contact you with any questions we might have.

To protect against fraud, any orders paid for with a personal check, money order, or cashiers check will remain on hold for a number of days to allow for the check to clear. Orders placed with credit cards will be processed immediately.

Please ensure the ship-to address recorded in PayPal is the only address the shipment goes to.

International Order Out side of USA.

• For orders shipped to the countries other than Canada and USA, we only accept Paypal or Wire Transfer. Please ensure the ship-to address recorded in PayPal is the only address the shipment goes to.
• For Canada orders : We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover Cards. 
• We do not accept international Credit Cards for US domestic orders, we only accept Paypal.
• We are not able to provide destination country tax and duty charge if occurs.

Sales Tax

No sales tax will be collected (except for shipment to a Massachusetts address).

Orders shipping to Massachusetts will be subject to a sales tax (however, sales tax does not apply to purchases of foods). PosharpStore.com is not responsible for individual states' sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state's regulations before you shop.

We will gladly credit sales tax for government institutions. Just fax us a copy of your Resale Certificate or Government tax-exemption form with an address matching that on your orders.

Order Confirmation

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an "Order Confirmation" email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say "Order Confirmation from PosharpStore.com" and will contain your order number. We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.

If you do not receive an "Order Confirmation" email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you may easily and conveniently print a receipt for the order via My Account.

Using Promotional Codes

When you join our email list, you will become eligible for the various discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered.
